Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hermiza.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address. We will provide return details and instructions per e-mail.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@hermiza.com.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do however offer free size exchanges at times — please e-mail us if the item you ordered does not fit and we will see what we can do. Variant, color, or product exchanges should be handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be made because our warehouse is fully automated and shipping labels are purchased and products are forwarded within approximately 12 hours of ordering. If your order is already in transit, please wait until the package arrives at your address and return it to us from there — we are here to support you through that process. However, we may sometimes be able to change address details, sizes, or variants at the last moment. If you notice something is incorrect with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@hermiza.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@hermiza.com.
