This policy explains how your subscription works if you choose automatic refills.

How Your Subscription Works

When you subscribe, you receive the same number of tubs you chose (1, 2 or 3) automatically every 28 days, at your subscription price. Your payment method is stored securely and charged at each refill. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Cancelling or Changing Your Subscription

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next scheduled refill:

• Through the Manage Subscription link in your subscription confirmation or refill email
• By logging in to your account
• By emailing us at support@optimapaw.com

During cancellation we may ask for brief feedback about your experience. This helps us improve.

To avoid being charged for the next refill, your cancellation must reach us before the next scheduled refill date. If a refill has already been charged or dispatched, the cancellation takes effect from the following cycle, and that order is not refunded unless it qualifies under our Refund Policy.

Subscription Refunds

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Later refill charges are not refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.
